Discomfort Dressing Part 2

I bought some jeans. Not something I thought I'd do, but I've been after something to just throw on and not have to think about. It took me longer than you might imagine to come up with the idea of denim - as if it isn't absolutely everywhere.

I've been ill for the past couple of weeks, so haven't been out as much as I'd planned, but here I am in my jeans

The first pair are Seasalt Stones Throw. I'm not used to high waisted trousers, so they have taken a bit of getting used to, but I'm getting there. Dark indigo colour, slightly balloony leg and land at my ankle. From Vinted, just over £11 including postage. Wearing it with my middle aged lady white trainers and a shirt from the charity shop £4.50 originally Boohoo.

Here they are again with a cropped jumper bought for £8 in the New Look sale a few weeks ago and a bag from the charity shop.

Secondly I went for a pair of cropped flares

Love that wearing longer socks is now a trend, I can't stand those tiny trainer socks that I can't keep on my feet. White trainers, socks from the charity shop, Jaeger jeans from Vinted just over £10 inc. postage, belt £2 charity shop, Italia 90 inspired t-shirt from Trickett.

Jeans - they open up a whole new world, maybe I'll even wear the dozens of football tops in my possession now!

(I don't think the pictures are blurry, I just haven't cleaned the mirror)

Comments

  1. The pictures are fine, not blurry at all. I really like the cropped pair. I have trouble fitting my rather rounded body in denim jeans now, but used to wear them all the time.

    God bless.

  2. New jeans look good on you.
I think £11 is a really good price for a pair of jeans.

  3. You look great in the photos. I love jeans myself too, both full length and cropped. xx

Each to their own goes without saying.
