Monday

My laptop screen died before my eyes, and I dropped my phone at the top of the Aberystwyth cliff railway. It was worth the expense and inconvenience to finally have a reason to prise my eyes away from social media.

In an attempt to not become one of those middle aged women that spends their whole day complaining about everything and nothing today I left a WhatsApp group made up of myself and two people I met on a message board years ago.

I've known for quite some time we don't like each other and have little in common, but the final straw was yet another conversation about an Internet router.

I'm struggling with my hormones right now, yesterday I had a bit of an anxiety attack in the street. Luckily for me it was in central Blackpool so all the passers by were just like "I feel ya girl".

  1. I’m sorry about the anxiety attack. Hormones have a lot to answer for.

I have spent all day being a miserable old harridan so the reminder not to be one is timely, thank you. I resolve to do better tomorrow.

It’s good to see you back. I noticed your absence and was hoping you were ok.

    1. Hi Debbie, hope you're well. It's so easy to be on the negative side, we can only try.
