A Breath Of Air

I took myself off to the beach for a few minutes before my shift yesterday, it was beautiful.

  1. Oh, my favourite type of a breath of fresh air. ...A coastal tang flavoured one! A touch of envy here!

  2. It really was a beautiful day yesterday, I must admit I like the beach whatever the weather as long as I can sit in the car.

  6. I know that pier, we've spent many happy hours sat on that very beach. I didn't realise that's where you lived. It must be nice living by the coast, I know Archie would love to take his morning constitutional on the beach.

    1. Glad to hear you've had some good times here.

We've been here for six years now, it's taken me forever to feel like I've settled in but it would be hard to live away from the coast now.

  10. Oh how lucky to live that close to a beach - I'm quite envious. My trip to work involves a view of the car in front on the motorway - not the same thing at all!

    1. Dan certainly prefers a cycle along the prom rather than time on the motorway these days!

It's easy to forget how great it is to be near the beach, but as soon as you're there it's the best thing ever.
